Graphite soft felt for flow battery is a type of PAN-based battery felt with specialized fibers and weave which are suitable for liquid wetting and absorption. Carbon felt has properties of less chemically reactive and high conductivity. Due to felt weave, more homogeneous structure can lead to more stable and consistent electrical performance. Battery graphite felt is a type of effective insulating materials for high temperature applications.

We develop a wide range of soft graphite felts which are used as electrode backings of flow batteries including vanadium redox flow batteries. Highly uniform carbon felts can ensure reliability and durability of the electrochemical system, and available in a variety of sizes and thickness according to customers’ requirements.
